Please read these terms carefully before using our QR code generator. They are written in plain language so you know what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of QRcrea.com and all of its tools, including the QR code generator (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must have the legal capacity to accept these terms or have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
QRcrea.com is a free tool that lets you create many types of QR codes (links, text, email, calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, vCard, location, social media, app stores, files and more) and customize them with colors, gradients, shapes and logos.
Some code types (for example, social media, app stores or files) create a landing page hosted on our site that the QR code points to. These are called “dynamic codes”.
The Service is provided free of charge. We may set reasonable usage limits (for example, the number of requests per minute or the maximum file size) to protect the stability of the platform and prevent abuse.
We reserve the right to change, expand or reduce the available features at any time, without incurring any obligation to users.
You are solely responsible for the content that the QR codes you create point to. You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to:
We may, without prior notice, disable any dynamic code, landing page or file that breaks these rules, and block access for anyone who violates them.
Files, images and data you upload to create a landing page are stored on our servers solely to provide the Service. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to that content.
We do not guarantee that dynamic codes will remain active indefinitely. We may remove content that is inactive, takes up excessive space or has been reported. We recommend that you always keep a copy of your files.
Static codes (for example, a direct link or text) contain the information within the code itself and work without relying on our servers.
The design, logos, text, software and other elements of QRcrea.com are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The QR codes you create are yours: you may use them freely for personal or commercial purposes, including printing them on products, packaging or advertising, with no attribution required.
You keep all rights to the logos and content you upload. You only grant us a limited license to store and display them for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors, or that every code will be readable on all devices, print sizes or color combinations.
Before printing or distributing a QR code, it is your responsibility to scan it and make sure it works correctly.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, reprinting costs or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
QR codes may point to third-party sites, apps or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.
The site may display advertising or use external services (analytics, fonts, hosting), which are governed by their own terms.
How we process your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, along with its last updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of that country, unless the consumer protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining clauses will remain in effect.
If you have questions about these terms or want to report a QR code that breaks these rules, email us at mail@qrcrea.com.
